Local Plan 

One of the most important and far reaching issues that will have an effect on us all over the next twenty years is the Local Plan being prepared by Tandridge District Council (“TDC”). TDC’s main website page for the local plan may be found here.

The first two stages of consultation have passed and TDC is now considering the responses it received. These should be taken into account and a Preferred Strategy will be presented by TDC for further consultation, according to their timetable, in Autumn/Winter 2017.
